E-Commerce Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Define company objectives
2. Review sales data and stock levels
3. Work on optimization of sales and increase conversion rates
4. Manage listings across websites, e-commerce portals such as Flipkart, Amazon, keyword research, planning, search optimization, etc.
5. Manage brand's own web store, running offers on the same, etc.
6. Strategize and focus on the development of listings to develop better results and enhance the performance of a listing
7. Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
8. Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
