E-Commerce Management Logistics Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with vendors for stocks and dispatch
2. Manage accurate stock planning & logistics (launch estimates) and sales forecast at the monthly level
3. Ensure a smooth flow of process order finalizing, packaging and dispatches
4. Maintain MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly basis
5. Decrease the aging of the shipments
6. Arrange maximum deliveries within TAT
7. Close Internal and 3PL escalations within TAT
8. Work on coordinating and taking strong follow-up with 3PL
9. Work on end-to-end product shipment and tracking of the orders
10. Work on order processing across channels, across vendors
11. Facilitate stock movement from pharmacy to third-party warehouse location (generate e-waybills)
12. Work on competitive intelligence understands the latest market trends, consumer behavior and competitor analysis
13. Work on scouting for new brands for in-hospital presence researching prospects and generating leads
14. Work on handling all onboarding formalities preparing and sending quotes and proposals
15. Work on the management of existing stores and kiosks setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
16. Work on weekly report collation
17. Work on building and maintaining report
18. Work on managing the sales process through specific software programs
