Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field
2. Enthusiasm for creative content development
3. Proficiency in eLearning platform and related technology
4. Familiarity with online training tools
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting
