Ecommerce Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
2. Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities
3. Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service
4. Execute activities driven by data analytics
5. Identify strategic business partnerships
6. Implement new business collaboration plans
7. Implement preventive and corrective measures in the disaster recovery plan
8. Implement customer loyalty programs
9. Implement the e-commerce activities
10. Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
11. Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms
12. Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights

Skills and other requirements:

1. Fresher with basic qualifications and background in the relevant field
2. Needs to have a solid command of communication skills and the English language
3. Should be well equipped with MS Word, Excel, and other basics
4. Needs to have a learning spirit and enthusiasm
