Skills we're looking for:
1. Strong hands-on editing skills (Premiere Pro is a must)
2. Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects preferred)
3. Basic knowledge of Davinci Resolve.
4. Understanding of post workflows (offline, online, grade, mix, master)
5. Good communication able to manage clients, freelancers, and deadlines
6. Calm under pressure; solutions-first mindset
7. Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing the narrative thread
