The role of the Editorial Researcher intern primarily involves searching for factual information on the Internet and updating the entries in the database. It also involves monitoring international news and being aware of the latest happenings around the world, to keep the directory of content updated in both print and online versions. This is an editorial content development role and does not involve copy editing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Undertaking research and providing content
2. Completing multiple tasks to deadlines
3. Developing a thorough understanding of the house-style
4. Responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries by editors
