Education Relationship Management Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Authoring content for topics from Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) subjects
2. Analyzing large sets of previous year questions and creating model test papers
3. Reviewing the existing content (video and notes) and providing feedback as required
4. Rectifying errors in the existing content
5. Building and maintaining relationships with educators
6. Handling escalations, query resolutions and grievance management of educators
7. Being the educator's point of contact in case of any account management or technical issues
8. Coordinating with multiple teams for escalations management
