About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in Indonesia
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including partners and customers
3. Initiate and run a marketing campaign from scratch and iterate on results to improve performance
4. Maintain web presence through the official website and social handles
5. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in Indonesia
6. Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of the business in Indonesia to the leadership team
7. Get involved in any of the growth activities; community management, creating ads & copyrighting as well as affiliate marketing

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. 0-2 years of experience in business development or growth roles, preferably in the real money gaming industry
3. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to drive growth and expansion in a competitive market
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
5. Experience in web development is a plus
