About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing electric power-train and propulsion system for EV packaging
2. Conceptualizing the product and developing a road map for product
3. Designing and materializing as per the specification provided
4. Handling electric vehicle drivability calibration
5. Working on e-vehicle motor & controller calibration at the vehicle level
6. Managing HV and LV connectors selection as per requirement
7. Designing HV (preferred) and LV harness for electric vehicle
8. Writing component technical requirement, RFQ, validation plan
9. Analyzing root cause and defining solutions on EMC issues in harness

1. Sound electrical engineering fundamentals

2. Good Practical knowledge on motors, power electronics

3. Knowledge of electric vehicle controllers and communication networks

4. Understanding of wiring harness

5. Practical knowledge on testing and evaluating the testing results with theoretical calculations

6. Knowledge on BMS
