1. Delivering high-quality embedded C code in a real-time embedded environment for ATMega, Espressif, and STM-based platforms
2. Understanding the fundamentals of electronics, components, and design software such as Altium, KiCAD, and Eagle
3. Designing hardware and Firmware, inspecting it, testing it, and debugging it
4. Writing specifications, instructions, and reports, and handling other required administrative duties
5. Debugging and troubleshooting existing firmware and performing root cause analysis
6. Working on the ability to trace difficult problems using a variety of tools (debugger, JTAG emulator, logic analyzer, and oscilloscope)
7. Making performance and optimization trade-offs to meet product requirements
