1. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science
2. Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to work to a strict deadline
4. Ability to work closely with the software development team
5. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electrical systems
6. Ability to see potential problems in a system setup
7. Attention to detail
