1. Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
2. Solid programming experience in C or C++
3. Proven experience in ASOP development
4. Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems
5. Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and datasheets for components
6. Strong documentation and writing skills
