About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on a given a set of sensors (eg. temperature, humidity), integrating the sensors with the embedded board and a communication module (GSM/Wi-Fi) to transmit sensor data as required
2. Implementing data logging to build in memory or SD card of the development board
3. Implementing power saving modes in the above setup for long battery life
4. Integrating a power module (battery, solar panel)
5. Integrating additional sensors and communication modules

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 1st Feb'18 and 3rd Mar'18

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Comfortable in programming using C and Assembly language

2. Comfortable using of Linux command line

3. Good written and oral communication skills

4. Good Analysis and problem-solving abilities

5. Ability to work independently

6. Upper-level coursework in the following areas: Circuit design, Computer Networks, Digital Signal Processing, Power Electronics, Microcontrollers, and Microprocessors, radio frequency/wireless communication

7. Use of embedded boards like Arduino, Raspberry Pi etc.

8. Experience with ARM development kits

9. Hands on experience in ARM
