Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop moderately complex software in C, C++, or assembly language, or other selected languages, operating systems (RTOS preferred, Windows, Linux, Android)
2. Advertise solid understanding of design patterns, data structures and advanced programming techniques
3. Create and design detailed documentation related to daily work and conduct research
4. Create and design prototype hardware using different micro-controllers, sensors, etc.
5. Utilize version control systems such as GIT, TFS or SVN
6. Develop customer-centric applications in a multi-platform, distributed infrastructure preferred. This will include developing applications for tablets, desktops, embedded computers, cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, etc.)
