1. Proficiency and Experience in Embedded C/C++ are a must
2. Hands-on Experience with Embedded development i.e., IoT via Arduino Editor, ESP, Radio, GSM
3. Experience in communication protocols like I2C, RS232, SPI, LoRAWAN, and antennas
4. Knowledge about PCB design & actively soldering to integrate sensors to development boards
5. Knowledge about PIC, ARM, audio devices & power circuits would be a plus
