Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 19th Oct'20 and 23rd Nov'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have experience in handling support calls, incidents, problems, root cause analysis, and providing workarounds and solutions
2. Should be a fast learner, flexible, and able to work well within a cross-functional team environment
3. Should have experience in using software tools/utilities to manage support/service calls and problems
4. Should have a good working knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting
5. Should have knowledge of relational databases (PL/SQL, MySQL)
6. Should have knowledge of Core Java
7. Having knowledge of web concepts is an added advantage
8. Having knowledge of the SOA environment and an understanding of REST/SOAP services, log analysis, and monitoring tools is an added advantage
9. Having experience in incident management system will be an added advantage
The selected interns will be a part of the engineering services team.
