About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolve complex technical issues
2. Identify and provide inputs to Product and Engineering teams on unique and/or recurring customer problems
3. Being a champion of Exotel-specific tools, troubleshooting procedures
3. Collaborate, work alongside and build mutually beneficial relationships with other teams (customer happiness, customer success, sales, product, engineering)
4. Perform routine maintenance of internal services as and when required

NoSQL PHP Python Ruby on Rails
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 21st May'19 and 20th Jun'19

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Should have an engineering / BSc / equivalent degree

2. Ability to analyze, research and solve highly technical and unique problems

3. Excellent communication & troubleshooting skills

4. A good command of Linux CLI tools - including system administration, data analysis and munging

5. Excellent command and understanding of databases, ideally an RDBMS-based skillset (MySQL) and key-value stores like Redis

6. Proficiency in at least one scripting language, like PHP, Python or Ruby
