The Enrepreneur In Residence position at Vidyalai is a unique and challenging role suited to young graduates planning to start their own ventures in the future. In this program, candidates are expected to work directly with the founders in matters of strategy development, branding, and marketing, operations strategy, business development etc. This program will help candidates to understand the challenges involved in starting a new business and would leave them much more prepared to start their own ventures in the future.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in strategy development
2. Work on growth marketing
3. Engage in process design
4. Conduct operations research
Candidates would be expected to work on one or more verticals depending upon their interest and competence, develop an in depth understanding and would be expected to take leadership of their vertical after transitioning into a full time employee.

2. can start the internship between 17th Jun'20 and 22nd Jul'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
