Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 10th Jul'20 and 14th Aug'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have scored over 90% in their grade X and XII
2. Candidates studying in premium institutes such as IIT, IIM, Sri Rams, etc. would be preferred
3. Must not be afraid of searching for a needle in a stack of hay-long hours on Google
4. Candidates having any previous internship experience at a startup especially e-commerce would be an added advantage
5. You should be a final year student or a graduate or someone who has e-commerce experience
6. You should know in detail how listings on Amazon works and should work for developing your own e-commerce based brand
7. You should be willing to commit for at least 6 months or a few years to build a product
8. You will be a member of the core team
9. Since this is a marketing-based role you should be a humble and patient person
Apart from the fixed monthly stipend, the selected candidates would be given a gym membership and international trips upon converting business.
Incentive criteria: Imagine the intern stays with us for 6 months or converts to a full-time job. If you sign up Amazon Germany or secret sales UK and the monthly turnover with site 1 is 10 lakhs and site 2 is 5 lakhs then you get an
incentive as under:
5% of 15 Lakhs for the month ie 75000. However, this is higher than
30,000 so you get 37500 as a monthly stipend
