1. Preferably a Master's degree in Environment, Management, Business/Data Analytics and/or related discipline
2. Good theoretical knowledge and understanding of climate change, business management/finance
3. Demonstrated analytical skills
4. Demonstrated technical writing such as towards thesis, papers, articles is preferred
5. Fluent in written and spoken English
6. Desired: Frameworks for ESG analysis
