1. Assist in the planning and coordination of conducting social assessments, focused group discussions, consultations including site visits, data collection, and analysis
2. Support the development and implementation of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative methods
3. Collect, organize, review and analyze documents and datasets from various sources, including surveys, interviews and secondary sources
4. Support project teams with other tasks and management aspects as defined by the team
5. Assist the team in drafting reports and data analytics
6. Assist in drafting reports and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders
7. Provide administrative support to the Social consulting team as needed.
8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and other information systems related to social impact assessment
Requirements:
1. Strong documentation skills, ability to present data analysis process in a comprehensible format
2. A self-motivated individual with an aptitude for detail-oriented work, critical thinking, and error free results
3. Strong business acumen and a talent for visualizing trends
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel for data preparation
