About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical support for the company's ERP software
2. Helping in process control, and managing software to drive business deliverables for the company
3. Troubleshooting the issues and queries and providing support to users
4. Providing training and helping users with how to use ERP software
5. Coordinating with each department and store via phone calls, and desktop support within the organization for support functions
6. Ensuring that if the user faces any issue/error, then tracing and coordinating with the user and providing the correct and accurate solution to the end user, and ensuring that the software is running smoothly
7. Working on accurate data master updation
