Evaluation and Profiling Internship (Remote)

ABOUT MISSION SWAVALAMBAN: Over the last few months, we have been working extensively with SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India, the apex institution for micro-enterprise promotion and finance) (under the umbrella of MISSION SWAVALAMBAN) in 110 districts of 5 states (UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Telangana), on a mission to give rise to 10,000 MSMEs in the next 6 months. As part of the mission, we are relentlessly identifying, nurturing and equipping several young aspirants from low-economic segments and reverse-migrants to usher into self-employment through robust, viable and local business models (which can range from a Kirana shop to a tea stall, from paper pulp processing to poultry farming, practically, any business idea that you can think of).
For this mission, we are looking for interns/volunteers Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Work with Micro - Enterprise aspirants, speak to them, create their profiles accurately by gathering their particulars,
2. Following-up with aspirants, conducting their evaluation and assessment for enterprise readiness (by recording their responses to a set of questions)
3. Understanding their unique business models and financial prospects, verifying their genuineness, and complete their due diligence.
4. Work closely for business planning of at least 25 candidates on a regular basis
