Event Coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan, organize, and execute events according to client requirements and specifications
2. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
3. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and negotiated with vendors
4. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all requirements are met and that all parties are on the same page
5. Provide on-site support during events, overseeing all aspects of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
6. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
7. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of events
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management
10. Represent the brand at events
