Event Coordinator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and coordinating various events and activities for Indusfood.
2. Support on-ground event execution, including logistics, registrations, program and visitor management.
3. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
4. Communicate effectively with exhibitors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
5. Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum Qualification: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (any discipline). Open to college students with a strong interest in event management and trade fairs.
2. Excellent communication skills: You'll be interacting with diverse stakeholders.
3. Dynamic and adaptable: Quick thinking and problem-solving are key.
4. Team players: Collaboration and coordination are critical in this fast-paced role.
5. Hardworking and proactive: Willingness to take initiative and handle responsibilities.
6. Passion for event management: A genuine interest in organizing large-scale events.
7. Past experience is a positive, but not mandatory.
