Event Management/Execution Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualizing events for ScienceUtsav at malls and for corporate to engage kids aged 5-14
2. Helping in the planning of the event and executing the event
3. Following the event checklist to be sure that all the pre-requisites are completed
4. Managing a team of part-timers to conduct the event
5. Helping in the coordination of workshops and programs
6. Acting as the point of contact for the internal team for all operations and material management related work
7. Taking required approvals from clients for the execution of events
8. Coordinating with vendors to ensure the deliverables are up-to-date
9. Managing birthday parties in Mumbai
