1. Assist in all aspects of planning events, working with the event team, event coordination, and execution
2. Assist in outreach through WhatsApp and social media channels, and emailers
3. Conduct research, make site visits and find resources for the event to help the team
4. Call the potential participants to inform them about the event details and send details to them
5. Assist the event team with the logistic need for the event and also look at the backend management
