About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Daily Operations:
Monitor the internal system regularly to track shipping requirements and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time dispatch.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping data in the internal system used by the PM and CSM teams.
Serve as the primary liaison between Logistics and the CSM team, facilitating efficient and timely decision-making for event logistic
2. Event Tracker Updates:
Ensure the internal event tracker is consistently updated with all required information by coordinating with various sub-teams in the Experience team. This is a critical performance metric (OKR) for the Assistant Program Manager.
3. Client Context Management:
Maintain static client contexts and relay these details accurately to the Experience team.
Gather and share event-related details from the internal system and communication platforms with the Experience team.
Create detailed event briefs for outdoor events, kiosk events, and similar activities to ensure smooth onboarding of the host for the event.
Serve as the liaison between the Experience team and CSMs, addressing event- and client-related questions.
Review and thoroughly quality-check final event materials, including decks and "Know Before You Go" (KBYG) documents, to ensure accuracy and excellence.
Stay in touch with global hosts across various platforms regarding events and provide them with guidance and necessary details.
Act as the point of contact between Logistics and the CSM team, ensuring smooth and timely logistical decisions for events.
Proactively resolve last-mile issues related to shipment, collaterals, or other event-related requirements.
