Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with agencies for execution of site
2. Overseeing execution work as per the design guidelines
3. Planning layouts and activities programme such as workshops, seminars, and demonstrations
4. Researching on available space and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
5. Designing anything from online registration forms to floral arrangements
6. Arranging insurance cover and ensuring legal, health and safety requirements are adhered to
7. Promoting the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogs and sales brochures
8. Producing detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
9. Liaising with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event
10. Managing all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs
11. Coordinating suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and on budget
