Event Management Operations Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing all event announcements, communications, mailing lists, and updating trackers
2. Planning & preparing events right from the time event are booked to execution, posting event clean-up and team management
3. Maintaining event briefing documents for hosts and sharing the same
4. Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
5. Managing a set of teams and see to it that the activity goes on smoothly and flawlessly
6. Maintaining event attendance sheets/no-shows/event feedback and updating reports on the same
7. Managing budgets for the events and maintaining records in MS-Excel
8. Developing and managing financial systems/models for the events
9. Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies
10. Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
11. Providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
12. Training new interns to upload our company value system and ensuring smooth delivery of projects at the site
2. Hiring part-time interns to ensure we have enough staff to manage the demand
