Event Management Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gathering a database of the auditoriums in the areas pre-defined for the upcoming shows
2. Helping during any marketing activities (online, offline, activations, and local)
3. Closing deals on sponsorships from local shops and brands around the show s locations
4. Listing on BMS & Insider for the ticketing, seating chart and maintaining promotions
5. Closing deals with corporates and brands for bulk buying around the show s locations
6. Working on the box office for database collection of the audience and smooth registration process
7. Working on crowd & security management and space management for VIPs, testimonials, seating, etc.
