Event Management Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the managing team for virtual and onsite event execution - create checklists and confirmations with clients/partners
2. Contribute to social media and website content for the event
3. Create and update marketing collateral and decks for clients, talent, mentors, and nonprofits
4. Support speaker management process including requesting speaker assets
5. Develop internal/external wrap reports following each event
6. Automate event processes (no-code)
7. Assist with audience research and partnership development
8. Help organize documents such as budgets, ROS and project plans, collateral decks, event metrics, etc. as needed
9. Handle similar other projects as assigned by the events team

Note: You would be working at night for the best US EST time connections in the US (mornings until 11 AM).
