Executive Assistant Internship

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to calls/emails, serving as an all-around gatekeeper to the manager's office
2. Displaying excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with guests, vendors, and coworkers and communicating effectively, and remaining calm and courteous under pressure
4. Scheduling meetings with other stakeholders as well and controlling timetables
5. Maintaining confidentiality and using a high degree of discretion of the staff
6. Assisting with recruitment efforts, new hire orientations, onboarding, and terminations.
