About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the production team in food preparation and perform related duties in the kitchen
2. Handle work assigned by sous chef, executive chef or chef de partie in any section of the kitchen as per the standards
3. Ensure to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
4. Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times
5. Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products

Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the management.

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 14th Oct'20 and 18th Nov'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months
