1. Work with an ITI and make young women employable by delivering sessions on career development, connecting them to employment opportunities, and engaging with them post their work
2. Prepare students for a bright career
3. Co-facilitate training using Quest Alliance s blended learning curricula (which includes industry interfacing activities and project work)
4. Experiment with new ideas to engage young people in Karnataka towards career development
5. Build relationships with the principals, institute staff, and placement officers to facilitate smooth implementation of the program, conduct parents' engagement activities, industry engagement & placements
6. Build a network of employers who associate with MyQuest partner network for providing quality placement opportunities for the students, providing industry exposure opportunities for students, offering their time for guest lectures at MyQuest centers, organizing career fairs, and ensuring high impact implementation of career connect activities at the centers (these include things like mock interviews, guest lectures, internships, etc.)
7. Work on the submission of the weekly report
8. Track student progress.
