Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Explore the village and know people around and the culture and lifestyle they live in
2. Learn about making of Kullu shawls practically and technically
3. Experience how to organize events and handle flea market
4. Work on raising the art and textile of Himachal Pradesh
5. Work on reviving the heritage culture of art and the textile of Himachal
6. Take a practical knowledge on the handloom
7. Innovate the textile and make variations for upcoming trends
8. Handle production designs and social media marketing on the beginner level
