Based out of Ahmedabad in Gujarat, Meghmalhaar specialises in custom and ready-to-wear Indo-Western outfits for men and women. The focus is to create beautiful clothing that is rich in texture, with fresh and contemporary silhouettes, epitomising a refined aesthetic that is enhanced by delicate hand embroidery. The range at Meghmalhaar includes South Indian cotton silk from Bengaluru, Lucknowis from Lucknow, Banarasi brocades from Varanasi, Block Prints of Jaipur, and Bandhanis from South Gujarat.
The designers at MeghMalhaar work closely with the artisans from Kutch in Gujarat and Kolkata in West Bengal, who excel in traditional and rare hand embroideries like Kashmiri, Parsi, Jardozi, threadwork, Gota Patti, Applique, Abhla or Mirror-work and new age digital prints too.
