Looking for a fashion design intern for a fashion B2B startup. We are involved with helping small & medium brands to scale & fuel their growth by taking care of their entire supply chain management including forecasting, design, sampling to manufacturing so that they can focus on the sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like
2. Collaborating with the product team to develop ideas for new products based on research data & creating mood boards for the collection
3. Designing sketches for new products with a design team
4. Creating clothing patterns for mass production
5. Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design
6. Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices, and managing marketing
7. Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and models
