About the internship
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in:
1. Supervising day-to-day activities of cutting masters, layer-men, helpers, and stitching karigars
2. Maintaining the karigars' production chart on a daily basis to derive per-product cost
3. Tallying order quantity against cutting quantity and pack quantity (ensuring each piece is accounted for)
4. Managing trims, fabric, or any materials required for sampling or bulk production
5. Managing the cutting report and challan system
6. Executing purchase orders in the stitching department
7. Overseeing and maintaining quality standards, including stitching quality, precise measurements, and adhering to additional buyer instructions for special labels, packaging, etc
8. Meeting deadlines for stitching through efficient order supervision
9. Dispatching retail orders with accurate quantities, while maintaining a comprehensive inventory tracking system
10. Overseeing sampling & delivering trims, fabric and etc. required to fulfill bulk orders
11. Maintaining stock of trims and inventory management
12. Overseeing showroom and storeroom maintenance
