About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting education checks on applicants and updating the same on the system
2. Helping out with various logistics at the assessment centre and helping in creating various resources for training
3. Making engagement calls to applicants and helping the applicants sign-up for an assessment centre

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

1. Excellent time management and organizational skills
2. Comfort with multiple competing deadlines and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong critical thinking and data analysis skill
5. Proficient in using Excel for data analysis

Education and Experience:

We believe that reaching our vision demands that we have the best and brightest group of leaders working to ensure we reach our vision. Here are the minimum qualifications we look for:

1. Graduate degree (but exceptions can be made for anyone looking to work part-time while currently
pursuing education and possessing excellent communication skills)
