The Field Consultant will be working with the Haiyya s campaign & mobiliser team to raising awareness, empowering and mobilising individuals and building solidarity amongst communities of different cultures and backgrounds. Role is to identify and establish new connections with youth groups, coordinating and managing on-the-ground campaign activities.
This is a full-time position based in Delhi. Time is an important tactic in campaigning and organizing. Hence, we work in a fast-paced environment, we need someone who is enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, can play for the team and keep a cool head when it gets busy.
Roles/Responsibilities
1. Building effective working relationships on the ground with community and stakeholders
2. Engaging and mobilising on-ground community and stakeholders for events and actions
3. Identify potential youth groups and influencers, Partners (in environment domain) and arrange meetings with them
4 .Plan and execute work on ground, run team meetings, regularly monitor work progress
5 . Coordinating logistics for the program to organize meetings
Essential Skills
* 1-3 years of experience of working on field projects
* Strong ability to quickly build relationships with community and key stakeholders
* Expertise and willingness to do field conversations for data collection
This will be a full time consulting role for 3 months and can be extended as per the project requirements.
