Role Overview: We seek motivated interns to onboard kabadiwalas as partners for the Scrapr App. The candidate will identify, contact, and engage kabadiwalas, educate them on Scrapr's benefits, and assist with onboarding.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Market Research:
1. Identify potential kabadiwala partners
2. Understand local market dynamics and challenges
II. Outreach and Engagement:
1. Visit kabadiwalas to introduce the Scrapr app
2. Explain benefits like increased earnings, more scrap requests, and smoother operations
III. Onboarding Support:
1. Assist with registration and app usage
2. Provide training on managing pick-up requests
IV. Relationship Building:
1. Maintain strong relationships for long-term partnerships
2. Gather feedback to improve the app and onboarding process
V. Reporting and Analysis:
1. Track and report onboarding progress
2. Analyze data for trends and improvement areas

1. Education: Candidates who are in their 12th grade or are currently pursuing or recently completing a degree will be preferred.
2. Field Job: This is a field job that requires visiting kabadiwalas in their areas of operation.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are specified in languages, e.g., Hindi and other local languages.
4. Tech-savvy: Be comfortable using mobile apps and basic tech tools for communication and reporting.
5. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local scrap collection industry and market dynamics is a plus.

It is a technology-driven company working on SaaS (software as a service) based model for the technology platform to make a smart waste management system.
