Field Operations Internship

We are seeking two candidates who are comfortable visiting sites such as nurseries and manufacturers. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct regular visits to nurseries, manufacturers, and other relevant sites
2. Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met
3. Collect data and gather information necessary for operational decision-making
4. Maintain effective communication with site managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
5. Convey requirements, expectations, and feedback to relevant parties clearly
6. Update the operations team on on-site visit findings and any necessary actions

Skills & Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to effectively convey information and instructions
3. Comfortable engaging with site managers and other stakeholders
4. Comfortable visiting nurseries, manufacturers, and other horticulture-related sites
5. Detail-oriented and able to identify quality standards and potential issues
6. Physical fitness to perform site inspections, including walking and standing for extended periods
