1. Research and contact prospective clients, qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments for the business development managers
2. Generate and fix suitable appointments per month for business development managers/partners
3. Contact new prospect accounts per week
4. Establish new relationships by researching, adding, and developing new clients
5. Maintain existing client relationships, in particular, those which are not actively visited by field sales personnel
6. Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained
7. Qualify sales leads in line with target customer criteria
8. Use CRM extensively for prospects, to update and maintain records
9. Log all calls and monitor success rates
10. Present our services in an accurate and positive manner on the phone
11. Send out company information to potential accounts
