We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Field Sales team. You will spend most of your time in the market meeting clients while managing key office-based tasks such as reporting, follow-ups, and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Field Work (75%):
1. Visit potential and existing clients to pitch our products
2. Build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
3. Achieve field sales targets through daily visits
B. Office Work (25%):
1. Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries
2. Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management
3. Assist in planning and tracking sales campaigns
C. Accountability:
1. Daily field reporting: No. of visits, client responses, and orders
2. Target achievement: Weekly/monthly sales goals
3. Data accuracy: Timely and accurate CRM or Excel updates
4. Professional behavior: Representing Rathi Group professionally in the field

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
