Field Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate sales & promote company products
2. Prepare the report on a daily basis
3. Provide information about product s features, plans, etc. and present their benefits
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer s requirements
5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how BlessU services meet their needs
6. Regularly follow-up with Pharmacy, Doctors, Patients, etc.
7. Maintain detailed records (customer list, sales data, contact details)
8. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company s reputation
9. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
10. Keep records of calls, sales, and useful information related to BlessU
11. Attend daily morning & closeout meetings with details of work done and sales closed

Other Requirements:
1. This job requires you to be on the field every day
2. Applicant should have their own conveyance, smartphone, and Laptop
3. Good communication skills and convincing power is required
4. English speaking is not necessary but an added advantage
5. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office) and telephone systems, sales apps, etc.
6. Be punctual for meetings
7. Ensure a formal and well-groomed attire
