1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in field sales, preferably from merchant onboarding, from a fintech background
2. Must have own bike with a valid license
3. Willing to go multiple places and hard working
4. Process-oriented, proactive, and results-driven individual
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the merchant's requirements before the account is activated
6. Be a quick learner with an analytical mind to understand back-end operations and the fintech product
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
