Field Support Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing on-site support to customers where the product has been deployed
2. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and solving technical problems
3. Handling initial deployment troubleshooting, as well as in the initial debugging of new hardware and software
4. Offering guidance and training to the client about product operation and maintenance procedures

Ideal Candidate:

1. Basic understanding of electronics and circuitry
2. Computer hardware proficiency
3. Basic applications understanding (browser, apps, open office, etc.)
4. Open to travel within Bangalore
5. Customer handling mindset with the right attitude
6. 2-wheeler with valid DLRC (driving license & registration certificate)
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
