We've built great IP in the IoT space, in embedded hardware wireless data acquisition, logistics, and supply chain, big data and analytics, BI, and mobile platforms.

Transworld has its own R&D team of engineers who design and develop mobile hardware and write cloud-based server-side, enterprise-class software and deployments. A startup, Transworld has substantial traction in other areas and verticals of application for its technology - utilities and power, TV ratings, TV anti-piracy, warehouse, and cloud-based CRM and ERP solutions.

All of its solutions center around its core technology expertise and IP - remote wireless data acquisition devices for the Internet of Things, server software for Cloud Big Data, BI, CRM, and ERP and are built using open-source software and platforms - instantly scaleable on the cloud.
About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Visit locations where the mobile eye IoT devices are installed, mainly in supply chain hubs and goods vehicles
2. Examine the installation of the devices, follow troubleshooting procedures, and correct or replace the device
3. Assist customers and users with support and training on the FleetView portal, showing users how to access reports and input data, etc.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 6th Nov'20 and 11th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Diploma or Graduate Engineers in E&TC, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical /Automotive domains

2. Must be fluent in English and the local language

3. Must have own 2 Wheeler

4. Have a laptop and internet

5. Android mobile phone-must install the company app

6. Daily presence at designated customer location in the city

7. Will need to travel to customer locations in other cities for visits

Additional Information

Training and support will be provided by the company's customer and field support team (CSD) remotely. Candidates will get exposure to IoT devices using GSM, GPRS, and GPS technology. On the software side, they will be exposed to advanced Excel, Java Websites, tools, and software. Interaction with large corporate customers and supply chain managers will ensure a very rounded and wholesome experience.
