About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of distribution of films in the assigned territory as well as give fresh/innovative ideas for increasing market share, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 towns (this role may require a fair bit of traveling to get a ground-level understanding of the market and accordingly design marketing communication to reach as many potential audiences as possible)
2. Maintain leads with big-ticket movies and grow the market share with every release
3. Ensure control over local distribution and marketing efforts
4. Help present team in day-to-day operations including backend operations, understanding local demographics, ensuring the timely display of publicity material, relationship management with key cinema owners, local marketing idea innovation and execution, trailer, and publicity audit
